How much does it cost to receive the benefit?

The cellphone service, shipping, and SIM card is completely FREE!

That is ok we can upgrade your plan for FREE! You will just have to apply again on our website.

What documentation will I need to provide?

You should not need to provide any more information than is required on the form. However, if we cannot verify some of the information we will reach out for documentation eg. picture of a photo ID or proof of benefits.
